• The Undercover Magic browser extension
• The DVC Rental Match Concierge service
• Any tools, forms, features, or materials we provide

By accessing or using our website or extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Undercover Magic provides tools to help users understand alternative pricing options for Disney resort hotels, including:

• A browser extension that displays estimated member-style pricing while browsing DisneyWorld.com
• The DVC Rental Match Concierge service
• A submission portal for DVC owners to share rental availability
• Pricing engines that compare estimated point-rental prices, broker pricing, and owner-submitted pricing
• Tools to connect renters with owners and third-party brokers when appropriate

We are not affiliated with Disney, Disney Vacation Club, or any third-party broker.

All prices shown are estimates, not offers, guarantees, or booking confirmations.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Provide accurate information when submitting forms

3. Browser Extension

Our extension operates locally in your browser and:

• Does not collect personal information
• Does not capture Disney login data
• Does not send browsing data to our servers
• Displays estimated member-style pricing based on publicly visible information and proprietary calculations

The extension is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.

4. DVC Rental Match Concierge (\$50 Service)

Our concierge service involves:

• Researching your selected travel dates
• Identifying resorts with potential point-rental availability
• Comparing member-style prices from brokers, vetted owners, and our pricing engine
• Delivering curated pricing matches to you

Payment

The concierge fee is \$50 and is charged only when you choose to proceed with a booking match.

Not a booking service

We do not:

• Make, modify, or manage reservations on your behalf
• Guarantee availability, accuracy, or pricing
• Act as your agent, broker, or travel advisor

All final booking decisions and payments occur directly with owners, brokers, or third-party platforms.

5. Owner Submissions

DVC owners may submit:

• Points, balances, and availability
• Home resort information
• Contact preferences
• Confirmed reservations
• Price-per-point preferences

By submitting information, owners agree that:

• We may use the information to match renter requests
• Submitted data may be incorporated into our pricing engine
• We may contact owners when a match is found
• Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their submissions

We do not publicly display owner submissions.

6. No Guarantees of Pricing or Availability

All pricing shown—whether estimated, broker-provided, or owner-submitted—is for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of member-style pricing
• Accuracy of owner or broker pricing
• Availability of any resort or room
• That you will save money
• That a match will be found

Disney pricing and availability can change at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website or extension may reference:

• DisneyWorld.com
• Disney Vacation Club
• Third-party DVC brokers
• Email services
• Payment processors (Stripe)

We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their pricing
• Their availability
• Their terms or policies

All use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Payment & Refunds

We use Stripe to process payments.

We do not store payment information.

Refund Policy

The concierge fee is:

• Charged only when you choose to book, and
• Non-refundable once charged, unless required by law.

We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding:

• Timeliness
• Reliability
• Availability
• Suitability for a particular purpose

Undercover Magic:

• Is not affiliated with Disney
• Is not endorsed by Disney
• Does not provide official Disney pricing
• Does not guarantee that any displayed pricing can be booked

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for errors in pricing, availability, or owner submissions
• We are not responsible for disputes between renters, owners, or brokers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any)

11. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree you will not:

• Misuse or reverse-engineer our tools
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the service
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue any part of the service
